Latest News: Founder of ABC Blinds Turns 93!
Find out how ABC Blinds came to be with the help of one of our founders, Ernie Brice.
There’s a lot to celebrate this week at ABC Blinds with one of our original founders, Ernie Brice, turning 93!
Ernie and his brothers pioneered the blinds industry back in 1972 when they successfully started two locally-owned businesses: Kresta Blinds and Vista Blinds. They then went on to run one of WA’s largest and most successful blinds companies: ABC Blinds!
Even well into his nineties, Ernie is still very much involved in the day-to-day running of this family-owned and operated business. He now works part time, supporting his sons and co-managing directors, Mark and Mel Brice, to continue his legacy as a trusted and knowledgeable authority on blinds in Australia.

Ernie has been an integral part of ABC’s success over the last 45+ years, growing it from a small Perth business to WA’s largest supplier of made-to-measure blinds that employs over 160 West Australians. So, from all of us here at ABC Blinds we’d like to wish Ernie Brice a very happy 93rd birthday.
