If you're experiencing an issue with one of your ABC Blinds products, please fill out the form below and our service team will be in touch to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please complete the following fields to log a service call. We will reply to your email within 24 hours (ex. public holidays & weekends). This online service facility is only available for products that have been manufactured and installed by ABC Blinds & Awnings.
To arrange a service call, customer are required to submit photos and detailed description of the issue, after which our service department will review the information and provide a quote for repaor or servicing of the product.
A call-out fee will be charged for service calls of products 2 years after installation.
