Here at ABC Blinds & Awnings, the health and safety of our customers, staff and contractors is always a priority, especially now.
During this time, we would like to keep you informed about our approach to the ongoing situation. We’re continuing to monitor the situation and are actively following the guidelines provided to us from the Australian Government and World Health Organisation (WHO).
From our showrooms to our manufacturing facilities, we have carried out extensive safety training, and are frequently communicating with one another to ensure everyone’s health and safety.
Our metro and regional showrooms are all still operating at normal trading hours with increased precautionary measures, which include:
- Cleaning work surfaces frequently with disinfectant.
- Ensuring hand sanitiser is readily available for frequent application.
- Staff and contractors practicing social distancing.
- Requesting that any unwell team members or customers stay at home.
Measure and quotes, plus installation services are still going ahead, however, our sales representatives and fitters are only visiting homes if they are in good health. While in your homes, our employees will continue to follow good hygiene practises and social distancing guidelines, plus avoid any unnecessary contact with surfaces within your home.
If you are feeling unwell or are self-isolating, simply follow these measuring instructions so that we can provide a quote via email or over the phone. Alternatively, we can schedule an appointment when you are well again or have completed your isolation requirements.
